Countdown 365 ~ T-180

Have spent the month of June within five miles of my home, photographing the American Bald Eagle and Cow Moose with their new born calves. Have thoroughly enjoyed photographing the Bald Eagles on Anchor River and Cook Inlet Beach Area. Despite have several thousand shots, there always seems to be a new "picture" to shoot. Watching the development of three "eaglets" that were hatched about a month ago. I have been fortunate to get a number of shots with both parents on the nest feeding the youngsters. It will be fun watching them develop through the summer. Hoping to be present when it comes time for them to learn to fly. The nesting procedure is fascinating to observe with both parents sharing equally in the daily chores of feeding and guarding the nest from intruders.
